For those tenants who would like to sign up with our TAIT offered “Pooled Insurance” coverage for year 2023-2024, please click on the PDF link below. Coverage expires on June 30, 2023 for all previous Pooled Insurance policy holders.
If you choose to participate in the general liability pooled insurance coverage please complete the attached PDF form below and include payment in the amount of $254.18 Per Hangar and Return by Mail to Sandra Charon at PO Box 581838, Tulsa, Ok 74158. Hand deliveries to Austin Wheeler at RVS or to the TUL administrative office is also acceptable. The cutoff for enrollment is June 30, 2023.
