Professional Aircraft Appraisal Organization (PAAO) - October 19, 2023

PAAO is looking for a possible source for turbine and/or turbo-prop aircraft to be used as a training aid for the Professional Aircraft Appraisal Organization (PAAO) Basic Appraiser course for the week of October 19, 2023.

The needs are for the aircraft to be powered by a turbine or turbo-prop engine and have fixed wings.  The owner of the aircraft would need to place the aircraft at Christensen Jet Center ramp at 8:00 am Thursday, October 19, 2023 to have the physical aircraft inspection and log book review accomplished by the team comprised of the students and the Team Leader being a Senior Certified Appraiser.  This team will not turn power on or open any inspection panels.  They will not move the aircraft.  They will only do a walk around inspection and take photographs of the exterior and interior of the aircraft.  They review the entire log books from birth for the Airframe, Engine & Propeller.  If the owner has digitized their log books providing a copy to the appraisal team would be acceptable.  The class will end at 12:00 PM.

The owner of each aircraft will receive a free Certified Aircraft Appraisal Report signed by a Senior Certified Aircraft Appraiser providing the Market Value of their aircraft.  This requires each owner to provide a valid email address.

By having the advance notice of the Registration Numbers of the aircraft we can obtain copies of the FAA Registry public information at the expense of the PAAO.

Please feel free to browse the PAAO web site for information on the organization  https://appraiseaplane.org/.
