Starting Monday (5/15), Phase 1 of Taxiway Alpha project will begin. Crews are planning on starting with closures at 9 AM on Monday morning.  For the most up to date information on taxiway and runway status, check our current NOTAMS.

The attached Airport Diagram maps provided by the tower are broken down into the 5 phases of the construction project.  Separate diagrams for both north and south flow have been provided.
The blue x's mark the path for "outbound" traffic, and the red x's are for "arrivals".

Phase 2 & 4, along with phases 3 & 5 are exactly the same when it comes to closures.

All closures will be on ATIS, so expect longer ATIS times.

Runway Safety Action Team Meeting (RSAT) - June 16, 2023 @ 10:00
Runway incursions remain a serious concern nationally. One important component of our ongoing efforts to improve surface safety at Tulsa RVS Airport involves conducting a Runway Safety Action Team (RSAT) meeting at least once each year. In conjunction with airport management, we will be conducting a local RSAT meeting on June 16, 2023. The meeting is scheduled at 1000 CST, and will be held at:

Tulsa Technology Center Riverside Campus
801 E. 91st St.
Tulsa, Ok 74132
Room A-144

Or via ZOOM:

https://faavideo.zoomgov.com/j/16030073349
• Passcode: 341893

The purpose of this RSAT meeting is to unite those individuals and organizations that are actively involved in air traffic operations and movement of aircraft, vehicles and equipment on the Airport Operations Area (AOA). We look for participation from all major airport interests including tenants, fixed base operators, airport operations and maintenance personnel. Participants are asked to help develop recommendations and solutions to enhance surface safety. Those recommendations serve as the foundation for a site-specific Runway Safety Action Plan. You are cordially invited to join us.

Your participation is important and your input is welcomed.
